QLOCKTWO TOUCH

CompanyBiegert & Funk Price$650.00 Buy it now.

Say good bye to hands and numbers! The clock industry has introduced a radical technique of time telling. Biegert & Funk, a German design company, has developed a state of the art table clock that declared time in the form of text after every five minutes. Where else have you seen a clock that shows IT IS TWENTY TO SEVEN instead of showing 6:40? This elegant, square clock (13.5 x 13.5 x 1.8 cm), called the Qlocktwo Touch, has alphabets written all over its face.

Certain combinations of words brighten up using little LED bulbs to show the time. Small buttons on the back can be used to set the time, set an alarm and adjust the brightness. You can even convert the clock into a lamp by brightening all the LED lights. The clock’s acrylic glass plate can be changed.

It’s available in a variety of colors, including black, blue, red, brown, purple, green and white. The faceplate also comes in several languages, including Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish. Owing to its alarming price, Gadget-O considers it a luxury item, however, if you have the money, this tech-savvy clock is highly recommended. The idea is new, the look is sassy and the function is great!
